Member Registration – $265.00
This rate is for current WVSPA members who wish to attend both days of the fall conference.
Member Registration with Purchase Order – $265.00
This option is for members that wish to register for the fall conference and will have a PO supplied by your county. PO MUST BE SUPPLIED BY OCTOBER 20, 2023 (OR PRIOR by emailing to chare@k12.wv.us)
Nonmember Registration – $300.00
This rate is for those that are not members of WVSPA that wish to attend both days of the fall conference.
Nonmember Registration with a Purchase Order – $300.00
Select this option if you want to register as a nonmember with a PO supplied by your county. PO MUST BE SUPPLIED BY OCTOBER 21, 2023 (OR PRIOR by emailing to chare@k12.wv.us)
Retiree registration – $175.00
This registration type is available to retiree members only.
Student Registration Fee – $50.00
This registration option is for students that are currently enrolled in a School Psychology training program. If you have not received your access code from your training program, please email lstaffor@k12.wv.us.

The WVSPA Fall 2023 Conference will be held on October 26 and 27th at Four Points by Sheraton Charleston, WV. We are excited to host:

Oct. 26, 2023

Dr. Amanda VanderHeyden will be presenting on mathematics research and interventions (6hrs)

Oct. 27, 2023

Dr. Chavez Phelps who is speaking about effective strategies for implementing trauma-informed practices in schools (3.5 hrs)

Dr. Leandra Parris will be presenting on disrupting microagressions and macroagressions (3 hrs)

Hotel/Parking Information: Four Points by Sheraton

Hotel cost: $114.00 USD per night (and $17 resort fees). Last day to book is Monday, September 25, 2023
