WVSPA Fall 2019 Conference

Registration

• DAY 1 ONLY Registration Fee – $150.00
  This rate is for those individuals that only wish to attend the first day of the conference on October 17th.
• DAY 1 ONLY Registration Fee with Purchase Order – $150.00
  This rate is for those individuals that only wish to attend the first day of the conference on October 17th and a PO will be supplied by your county. PO MUST BE SUPPLIED AT REGISTRATION (OR PRIOR)!
• DAY 2 ONLY Registration Fee – $150.00
  This rate is for those individuals that only wish to attend the second day of the conference on October 18th.
• DAY 2 ONLY Registration Fee with Purchase Order – $150.00
  This rate is for those individuals that only wish to attend the second day of the conference on October 18th and a PO will be supplied by your county. PO MUST BE SUPPLIED AT REGISTRATION (OR PRIOR)!
• Member Pre-Registration – $215.00
  This rate is for current members of WVSPA that register on or prior to September 27th.
• Member Pre-Registration with Purchase Order – $215.00
  This rate is for current members of WVSPA that register on or prior to September 27th and wish to be pay with a purchase order. PO MUST BE SUPPLIED AT REGISTRATION (OR PRIOR)
• Member Registration – $265.00
  This rate is for current WVSPA members that register after September 27th.
• Member Registration with Purchase Order – $265.00
  This option is for members that wish to register for the conference after September 27th and will have a PO supplied by your county. PO MUST BE SUPPLIED AT REGISTRATION (OR PRIOR)
• Nonmember Pre-Registration – $265.00
  This rate is for nonmembers that register on or prior to September 27th.
• Nonmember Pre-Registration with Purchase Order – $265.00
  This rate is for nonmembers that register on or prior to September 27th and will provide a PO for payment. PO MUST BE SUPPLIED AT REGISTRATION (OR PRIOR)
• Nonmember Registration – $300.00
  This rate is for those that are not members of WVSPA that wish to attend the conference and register after September 27th.
• Nonmember Registration with a Purchase Order – $300.00
  Select this option if you want to register as a nonmember after September 27th with a PO supplied by your county. PO MUST BE SUPPLIED AT REGISTRATION (OR PRIOR)
• Retiree registration – $175.00
  This registration type is available to retiree members only.
• Student Registration Fee – $75.00
  This registration option is for students that are currently enrolled in a School Psychology training program.
